Each booking includes a dedicated 4-hour service period, with everything required to keep the shishas prepared, fresh, and available for guests throughout the event.

Availability is based on the open dates and times displayed on the calendar at the time of booking.
Online Booking & Payment
How to Book
Select your preferred available date and 4-hour timeslot through the online calendar.
Select the desired Cloud 23 Shisha package.
Complete payment in full through the PayPal payment link provided on the website.
Once the booking and full payment have been completed, the selected date and timeslot will be secured.
A booking is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments are made online through the PayPal payment link provided on the Cloud 23 Shisha website.
All payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their event date, timeslot, location, and selected package are correct before submitting payment.
By completing payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Cloud 23 Shisha booking and non-refundable payment policy.
Service Time, Late Starts & Overtime
Any request to continue shisha service beyond the original 4-hour booking period will be considered overtime. Overtime service is subject to Cloud 23 Shisha's availability and approval and may require an additional fee. Overtime is not guaranteed and should be requested as early as possible.
Smoking Venue & Facility Disclaimer
By booking and purchasing services from Cloud 23 Shisha, the customer acknowledges and agrees that it is solely the customer's responsibility to confirm, prior to booking and payment, that the event venue, facility, property, or designated service area legally permits smoking and the use of shisha/hookah.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission or approval from the venue owner, property manager, event coordinator, municipality, or other applicable authority before the scheduled event.
Cloud 23 Shisha maintains a strict approved-smoking-environment policy. Our team will only provide shisha services in locations where smoking and shisha use are permitted. We will not set up, operate, or provide shisha services in any non-smoking or otherwise prohibited environment.
If, upon arrival or at any point during the event, Cloud 23 Shisha determines that smoking or shisha use is prohibited, has not been properly authorized, or cannot lawfully take place at the location, service will not be provided or will be immediately discontinued.
No refund, credit, rescheduling, or reimbursement will be issued when services cannot be provided or must be discontinued because the customer selected a location that does not permit smoking or shisha use, or because the required venue permission or authorization was not obtained.
By completing the booking and payment, the customer confirms that they have verified the venue's smoking/shisha policy and accept full responsibility for ensuring the location is an approved environment for the services booked.
Cloud 23 Shisha reserves the right to refuse service where providing shisha services would violate applicable laws, regulations, venue policies, or safety requirements.
